Sessions are your time, and there is no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready.
What to expect
The first session gives us a chance to meet, talk about what has brought you to counselling, and explore what you might hope for from our work together.
Ongoing sessions are led by you. Some people come with a clear focus, while others need space to explore things gently over time. Both short‑term and longer‑term work are available.
I offer a confidential, non‑judgemental space where you can better understand yourself and find ways forward that feel right for you.
