About me

Hi, I’m Lizzie, founder of Masters Counselling.

I trained as a therapist over six years, alongside raising two children. During this time, I gained both my qualifications and extensive experience working with clients in person and online. I have had a varied life and career and at the heart of what I have always wanted to achieve is helping people to improve their wellbeing.

I have experienced personally the transformation therapy can bring to your life. Helping you to work through challenging situations, understand yourself better and build self acceptance and self esteem.

I work from a person-centred approach, which places the relationship between us at the heart of the therapy. I believe people have the capacity to grow and make sense of their experiences when they are met with empathy, acceptance, and genuine understanding.

If you're looking for a supportive space to talk openly and be met with warmth, respect, and professionalism, please get in touch.
